I am an architect in Berlin and my favourite work is with existing buildings. In recent years I have specialised in serial retrofitting: making existing buildings fit for the future efficiently, economically and at a larger scale. Today I realise my own projects and advise clients and planning teams.
Many years as project lead and team lead have taught me that good projects are made by teams. I bring people together and keep things moving.
I work digitally and lean, with AI at the core since 2024.
This year I co-founded lezy. Working closely with site teams, I know exactly how much effort documentation takes. With lezy we make documenting simple and voice-based, and the reports write themselves with the help of AI.
